Recycling fees “EHF / FGE ” will be added to your order at checkout once you have entered your shipping location. Fees are relative to location “province” and product categories being purchased. Please refer to FAQ section for more information.
Please Note : a flat rate Shipping cost of $10.00 on orders $100+ will be added to your order. If an item in your cart is eligible for the $15.00 flat rate fee or your order is less than $100 then the $15.00 fee will apply.
An exchange or return policy on our product,s still in their factory sealed boxes (in resellable condition with original proof of purchase) is offered by Les Systèmes Info TSR Inc within 5 days of your original purchase date. Please note a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price will be applied to all authorized returns except for defective returns.You can fill out the form here. Please note unauthorized returns without a RMA number will not be accepted.
Non Returnable Goods :
The client is responsible for all shipping and handling charges back to Les Systèmes Info TSR Inc. including risk of loss on returned goods.All setup ,installation and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.Refunds on authorized Returns will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-days after we receive the order back to us within 7 -10 days.
